Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

All our products are manufactured in-house by hand and packed to order. For us to give you the best possible product we have some production lead times to keep in mind. These lead times exclude shipping, and exclude artwork time. Please note that our products do not come with any hooks, wires or double sided tape for mounting.

Tile Stickers: 15-20 working days
Wall Stickers: 15-20 working days
Wooden Decor: 20- 25 working days

SALE ITEMS: Can take up to 35 working days due to the high amount of orders being received.

Keeping these lead times in mind when planning your purchase, we will ship all your goodies together.

If you need your package in a hurry, please email us before placing your order and if at all possible we will confirm if we can meet your required deliver

RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchases. Unfortunately we don’t refund or exchange custom orders.
 
For orders that are not custom or personalised, you can request a refund within 3 working days. The return shipping will be for your own cost, and for us to consider a refund, the products must be unused and in the same condition you received them in. 
 
You have 5 working days from when the order was received to return your item(s). Returns outside these timeframes cannot be accepted.
 
Once you have returned the products in an unused condition, we will issue a refund for the sum you paid (excluding the original delivery charge) within 5 working days. Your refund will be credited to match the original method of payment. 
 
Please note that items are returned at the customers’ expense, unless faulty, and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery. We will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.
 
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers. 
 
Damaged/Faulty Goods 
 
If you think that the product you received is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@ietsmoois.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. 
 
Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange to collect the item from you, and will do our best to fix / replace the damaged item.
